Your new home is warranted by Angelo Ready Builts to be free from substantial defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty extends to the first retail purchaser and begins on the date the customer closes and extends for a period of twelve (12) consecutive calendar months from that date.

All appliances are covered by manufacturers' warranty. All appliances that were installed by Angelo Ready Builts/ Diamond L Construction include (if applicable):

The replaced or repaired parts or components are covered only until the 5-Year Protection Plan expires. Final determination whether to repair or replace parts or components will be made by Angelo Ready Builts/ Diamond L Construction.

The 2-year and 3-years Warranties subject to $100.00 inspection fee.
