Ready Built- Modular - Manufactured, what's the difference?

Ready builts are a fully constructed pier and beam home that are built on our yard and moved to any location throughout Texas. Manufactured home often referred to as mobile homes or trailers represent an entirely different type of building system than ready built homes and are constructed to a different building standard. This standard, the Federal Construction Safety Standards Act (HUD/CODE], unlike conventional building codes, requires manufactured homes to be constructed on non-removable steel chassis.
